This Is How They Do It

Here is a short sweet sampling of how these horses choose a location to fit in among the others. In this case Wit chose the general location by moving away from the others. They had been grazing the opposite side of this particular field.
Trinity and Jet followed his lead and lay down relatively close to one another.
Sirius and Venus grazed their way in and these photos will show these two fillies deciding how best to configure themselves into the group.
A few minor tussles ensue since it seems both want to take the same spot...
the elder of the two, Sirius, will pull rank.
This particular meditation lasted for forty minutes plus or minus.

Venus is pestering Sirius....she would really like to squeeze between Sirius and Jet
and is told no...
